1. You are at least 18+ years old (or your contry's legal age).

2. You may not use my art for commercial purposes unless we agreed otherwise

3. I retain the rights to the finished piece unless agreed otherwise. Character copyright belongs to their owner.

4. The rights of the outfits that I design belong to me unless agreed otherwise.

5. Discarded outfit designs may be reused and/or offered to other commissioners, unless agreed otherwise.

6. I may offer High res files of finished pictures and sketchesas Patreon rewards. See point 15 for semi-private commission options.

7. You cannot edit finished pictures (includig all the commission types that I offer), nor have others do it for you, unless agreed otherwise, excepting cropping and resizing for example, for icons.

8. You may repost the finished piece anywhere, but you must credit me.

9. I will keep the finished piece’s file saved for up to two months. After that time, I cannot guarantee to have your picture’s file, so please, make sure you save it properly.

10. I retain the right to accept or reject any commission without further reason or explanation.

11. Full refunds will be available only if I cannot deliver your order.

12. Payment in full in pictures under 150€. Orders higher than 150€ can be paid 50/50, half at the beginning, the other half after accepting the finished sketch. First half will not be refunded in case there is no agreement to continue with the piece. In case there is no agreement to continue and you payed up front, your payment will be refunded except for the price of the sketch (30% of the total). I do not offer refunds after the sketch is accepted.

13. You may ask for up to three free minor changes in the sketch stage of your order. More changes, major changes or changes in a more advanced stage will cost a fee. No charges if changes are to correct any mistake that I made.

14. I do private commissions for a fee. The fee is 100% of the total price of your order.

14.1. If your commission covers a fetish that I’d rather not publish in my gallery (i.e: scat), the private commission fee will apply

15. If you don't mind the picture posted online, but don't want the sketch or the high res files to be offered as rewards on Patreon, there's a fee of the 25% of the total price of your order.

16. All payments will be made through Paypal invoice and in EUR only.
